Yeah and the charge you $15+ bucks for the rails... You have to buy
the rails, cables, hardware, etc...
 
I had the same problem with Gateway being hard to work with... I finally had
to find out and write down all the specs for my cpu so I could tell them
what it was. I guess their DataBase got wiped out early on or something.
