I'll repeat what I said.....
With an *installed* base of 250,000, there are bound to be a few problems.
NONE of my customers have had any complaints and NONE have felt it necessary
to use my free support line. The feedback I've had has all been complementary
and I expect a second sale of around 90% of my customer base for Vol.2
Likewise, Vol.1 has been reviewed widely by the computer press and they have
no complaints.
There is a saying in the UK about being the *only one* in step in a parade...
