He loves it. We had K.A. Dinosaur Adventure, and although this appears to be a superset, it does have many more movies. So far that's the only part of the Adventure we've played. I start the game, and get into the movies, and he takes over. He can name many of the dinosaurs, and if you ask him to play the Dimetrodon (sp?) or others, he can correctly choose them. I did the install with the 7Mb option, and am running on a 486 DX2 66, with a Chinon 2x CDRom. It runs fine. One minor problem I haven't fixed is that when running under Windows the sound doesn't run. I haven't connected with technical support yet, but it may be a driver problem with my PAS 16 sound card. When running from DOS, there aren't any problems at all. Let me correct the Windows comment, the music doesn't play, all other sounds are fine. We've run Arthur's Teacher Trouble, and he likes that game as well. Since he's not ready to really start reading, I like his interest in either game. I'm sure he's absorbing some computer literacy via this contact, and definetly learning about dinosaurs. Although I like ATT, I do get some graphics problems pretty consistently, after some animation sequences the primary screen doesn't paint correctly. I checked the software out from our library at work, so don't feel justified in calling tech support. We plan on buying the game, and will chase that problem then. So for all you dinosaur fanciers, I approve of 3D Dinosaur Adventure. P.S. When my son and I first ran the program, wearing our 3d glasses, I found both of us reaching out to touch the nose and teeth of the opening beast... Rob Ryerson and if you ask him to play the Dimetridon(sp?) or others he can.
