Using WWW/Mosaic, the technology now exists for people to easily preview a
CDROM before buying it:

The CDROM mentioned above has stock photography of clouds (rude-free).

You no longer need to rely on other people's reviews, although those are
available too:

I think this is a very good direction for the world to be going in.  A
preview can give you much more information than a review.
