I'm curious about Dragon's Lair on CD-ROM, specifically the non-MPEG version
that does not require ReelMagic's proprietary MPEG decoding hardware.  The
ReelMagic's version ran so nicely (at full screen, no less), it seemed like
it was coming off of a laserdisc.

I haven't seen the "normal" version of Dragon's Lair, and wondered how the
animation was, frame-rate and smoothness wise.  Any reviews?

On an unrelated note, does anyone know the specifics to 3DO's internals?  Is
it utilizing some flavor of MPEG compression or some proprietary scheme?
